I have something of a basic concept and a storyarch idea.

All you really need is a bio, and a short blurb about what's brought your character into the fight circuit. Hell, you can skip the history section on the bio if you prefer. The rest you can fill out via rping.

making up a fully fleshed out character is harder than I remember.  I guess I'm used to writing the story and letting it show me the characters, or at least their personalities and speaking style.   

yeah, that's also the way i do it best.  once i have the character's feel, i do best if i just let them go along and reveal their past to me as i write.  and my profile skills suxorz. i probably need to rewrite my profile now. Stuff Has Happened in the last year.

Yeah but that always happens.  Theo's bio makes no sense now either.  That's the problem with continuity.
